- What makes our hair different is in our formulation. We do not use toxic chemicals and we have found that 99% of our customers do not experience scalp irritation.

- Latched & Hooked's Mckenzie Collection delivers the perfect curl and is perfect for anyone trying crochet braids for the first time or wants to maintain a corporate professional look. Latched & Hooked's hair is super light, breathable and can be worn any season and withstand any workout routine!

- Each box of Latched and Hooked Hair comes with 20 bouncy curls. If you use our special 1 x 10 formula, you’ll get the perfect look every time.

- That means use 10 curls per braid. You’ll want to order 1 box of hair for every 2 corn rows you have. For more volume, increase the number of corn rows and boxes of hair.

- If you are attempting a tapered cut style we suggest using 5 boxes of our 10" curls for a full tapered cut or 2-4 boxes if you have shaved sides or you have any leave-out around the sides and or nape.

*(example: If you have 8 corn rows. You’ll need to order 4 boxes of hair.)

- We advise you speak to your stylist however if you are attempting a style on your own, please look in the description box located under the product you are interested in and find further details on the recommended amount of product you should purchase. - Mist the hair with water, then separate the hair from the bottom and work your way to the middle of the bundle of hair.

- There are no chemical coatings on our hair, so separation will make the hair frizz but will also look natural as you install.

- Also note, we do not recommend cutting the hair in half because it will disturb the curl pattern and make the ends blunt. Instead cut to your desired length.

- Latched and Hooked's curl crochet hair is non-toxic and custom dyed and hand blended.

- Hair can be dipped in hot water (with caution) we advise to dip for at minimum 60 seconds.

- But, remember our hair is synthetic...not human hair. You can get the hair wet, however swimming under water and other extreme water sports will be at your own discretion.

- Once you place your order, please allow 3 business days to process your order. If you are Shipping Priority Mail packages will take about 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) for Standard U.S. orders, 1-2 business days for Express U.S. orders (excluding holidays) and 7-14 business days (excluding holidays) for international orders.

- We do ship international, however we DO NOT pay any customs fees. If you do not pay the customs charge and your package gets sent back you will be given a store credit. If you want the package to be resent, we will invoice you for international shipping fees.
