- Latched & Hooked's Tachit Ponytail is making your hair routine quick and easy with our non-toxic drawstring Tachit™ Ponytail in two styles. We're taking a simply style and elevating it!
- What makes our hair different is in our formulation. We do not use toxic chemicals and we have found that 99% of our customers do not experience scalp irritation.
- DO NOT MAKE A HAIR APPOINTMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF SHIPMENT.

HOW MUCH HAIR SHOULD I ORDER?
- We advise you speak to your stylist however if you are attempting a style on your own, please look in the description box located under the product you are interested in and find further details on the recommended amount of product you should purchase. CAN I WASH OR SWIM WITH THIS HAIR?
- Latched and Hooked's synthetic wig is non-toxic and custom dyed and hand blended.
- Hair can be dipped in hot water (with caution) we advise to dip for at minimum 60 seconds.
- But, remember our hair is synthetic...not human hair. You can get the hair wet, however swimming under water and other extreme water sports will be at your own discretion.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE?
- Our number one goal is to get our products in your hands!
- Once you place your order, please allow 3 business days to process your order. If you are Shipping Priority Mail packages will take about 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) for Standard U.S. orders, 1-2 business days for Express U.S. orders (excluding holidays) and 7-14 business days (excluding holidays) for international orders.
- We do ship international, however we DO NOT pay any customs fees. If you do not pay the customs charge and your package gets sent back you will be given a store credit. If you want the package to be resent, we will invoice you for international shipping fees.
