Waiting on your package can feel like forever, but knowing how our shipping works helps to plan life better.
Standard processing time is between 2-4 business days, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please factor this is when making your appointments. We suggest NOT making any appointments until you receive a shipping confirmation.
Please note, processing times may be extended to 7-14 business days during high volume sales i.e. Pre-Orders/Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Birthday Sale.
We offer 4 Delivery Methods
USPS Priority- *note the word "Priority" for USPS does not mean overnight, one-day or Fast! USPS Priority comes with a tracking number, $50 of package insurance in the event your package is lost and expected delivery (not guaranteed) of 2-3 days for domestic and 7-10 days for international.
First Class- No tracking information, comes with $50 insurance, order must weight less than 16 oz. and expected delivery (not guaranteed) of 3-4 days for domestic and 7-14 days for international.
Overnight Express Shipping-Comes with tracking, $100 insurance and guaranteed next day delivery if order is placed by 5pm EST. *Overnight Express Shipping are the only orders that are processed the same day.
*ATLANTA ONLY* Same day delivery via Attyre Delivery- In-stock orders placed by 11am EST are processed and delivered same day to Atlanta residents only.
A Partial List of Things L+H Beauty is Not Responsible For:
• Once the Post Office accepts the shipment, it’s out of our hands. We are not responsible for late deliveries, customs delays, lost or stolen items, etc.
• Special notes about mail delivery will not be seen on the shipping label or your package. If you have special instructions, please contact your post office or mail person directly. We are not responsible for mis-deliveries.
• International customers: If you choose standard shipping, once the package reaches your country, it will be handled by your country’s mail system, not USPS. Please track your order on your country’s mail delivery website for up to date tracking. We are not responsible for customs charges nor will we issue refunds due to customs charges. These government fees are NOT paid to Latched and Hooked Beauty and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

If you decide that you do not want to pay the customs and/or duty due and your package is returned to us, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
